All payment is due upon completion of work, unless otherwise specified.

WebSite design payment is due before design begins.

At time of pick up you will be held responsible for all charges resulting from any service performed.

You will be asked for payment in full or a deposit before hardware or software are ordered.

Bills remaining not paid after thirty days may be subject to a monthly fee of $49/month or greater.

Checks that are returned will be subject to a $29 fee or greater.

All sales are final, and we do not refund payments ever.

No warrantee on work is ever implied or expressed.

All items left at our shop is done at your own risk. We are not responsible for damage or loss.

We will not be held responsible, financially or otherwise for lost data, or equipment failure.

Leaving your computer hardware & software items at our shop indicates your agreementt have your items analyzed and/or repaired at The Computer Doctor repair facility.

Any items left at our shop thirty days after the repairs or service is completed may be subject to a monthly storage fee of $49/month or greater. Sale and/or liquidation of items may commence 60 days after repair or service is completed to cover the storage cost of the item(s).
